Be sure to send the $50 family fee! You can still get your raffle tickets to cover the family fee.

Important: There are a limited number of raffle tickets left to sell or keep to recoup your family fee.

Register early, because once the raffle tickets are gone the fees will be the same.


Sign up for 3 shifts in the concession stand (1 shift = 3 hours) plus a 30 minute training session and you will be reimbursed upon completion.

9th Annual Night at the Races

Doors open at 6:00 PM
Dinner begins at 6:30 PM
Races will start at 8:00 PM

Tickets can be purchased in advance or there will be a limited number available at the door. Tickets are $20 per person, which includes pasta dinner, beer, soft drinks, and mixers. You can also BYOB and snacks. Twenty-one and over, please.

We will be able to take credit cards at the door. Also, if you need more cash as the night goes on, we will have the ability to accommodate.

Remember, we have horse races to bet on, raffle tickets to buy and we will have 50/50's all night. Also, don't forget to tip your bartenders, I'm sure they will be working hard!!

Beer is included in the price of admission. You can BYOB. We have pop and a few mixers if you need them, also available at no charge. Dinner will be pasta, meatballs, salad, bread, and cookies. Feel free to bring snacks for your table/group...many have done that in the past.

This is a fundraiser, so come ready to support the organization. This is by far the largest pre-registration we have ever had, so we are very hopeful that this will be the biggest event that we have ever held!

Donations for Night at the Races

As always, we rely on our local businesses and members for donations for the Gift Basket Auction held at Night at the races. Please circulate the Donation Letter to any business owners in the area that you on a personal level. All proceeds from Night at the Races support our players and our complex.

BBSA is a Federal 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are tax deductible per IRS code.

BBSA will institute a background check policy this year.

New Concession Stand

The old stand was demolished on August 1, 2011.

The block was put in September 4-11, 2011

Roof, paving, and concrete was completed October & November, 2011

Winter and early spring was for all of the internal work.
