We cannot take walk-ins at the door. You must have tickets.
If you have emailed, texted, or called and been told that you have tickets, do not worry, yours are in an envelope with your name on it, and will be at the door.
Most of the tickets still need paid for and you can do so upon arrival. Your envelope has the total amount due on it, based on the person who contacted us. For instance, if you called for 6 tickets, but that 6 consists of 3 couples, your envelope will say $90, even if all 3 couples are paying $30 each.
We will be able to take credit cards at the door. Also, if you need more cash as the night goes on, we will have the ability to accommodate.
Remember, we have horse races to bet on, raffle tickets to buy and we will have 50/50's all night. Also, don't forget to tip your bartenders, I'm sure they will be working hard!!
Beer is included in the price of admission. You can BYOB. We have pop and a few mixers if you need them, also available at no charge. Dinner will be pasta, meatballs, salad, bread, and cookies. Feel free to bring snacks for your table/group...many have done that in the past.
This is a fundraiser, so come ready to support the organization. This is by far the largest pre-registration we have ever had, so we are very hopeful that this will be the biggest event that we have ever held!
